Executive Compensation Partner Training Program

ISS Corporate Services has launched an annual program to train executive compensation consultants on the Compass™ equity compensation modeling solution.

The Compass Partner Training Program is being implemented for the purpose of providing consulting firms comprehensive and up-to-date training and information on Institutional Shareholder Services' proxy voting policies with respect to the Compass™ model.

• All voting recommendations are made on a case-by-case basis.
• ISS training on Compass does not guarantee that your client will have full guidance on every factor that may be considered in making a vote recommendation.
• Completion of the training program will provide no preferential treatment or guarantees with respect to vote recommendations.

See the names of compensation experts certified through our Compass training program on the Certified Compass Partners page. These partners have successfully completed all Compass-related training and case study exercises provided by the ISS Corporate Services advisory team. ICS began phasing in this program in August 2010 and it is available to all of Corporate Services' valued compensation consulting partners.
